  • Place of Birth

  • Home Address (House No., Street, Barangay, Municipality)

  • Login and usage activity

Government Identification (collected when availing specific services):

  • Philippine ID Number – used for various e-services
  • PSA Digital ID Number – used for various e-services
  • Driver's License Number – used for Traffic Violation Receipt Payment and Tricycle Franchising applications
  • COMELEC Voter's ID Number – used for Tricycle Franchising
  • SSS Number – used for Mayor’s Clearance applications
  • TIN Number – used for Mayor’s Clearance applications

Educational Information (collected for Mayor’s Clearance applications):

  • Educational Attainment
  • School Last Attended

Household and Civil Registration Information:

  • Mother's Full Name – used for Civil Registration services
  • Father's Full Name – used for Civil Registration services
  • Spouse's Full Name – used for Civil Registration services

Note: Additional data points are collected only when you choose to avail the relevant service. The information you provide is necessary for processing your request and ensuring accurate service delivery.

Please note that some integrated systems within the platform maintain their own separate login and data collection processes, for which they are solely responsible. The City Government of Ilagan is only responsible for the information you provide directly within the official eSulong Ilagan Platform when you log in to access our online services.
